This policy explains what personal data we process when you send an enquiry for moving quotes, why we process it and what rights you have.

Information we process
Depending on your enquiry, we process the information you provide and necessary technical information.
- Name, email address and telephone number.
- Collection and delivery address or area.
- Preferred date and type of move.
- Access information such as floor, lift and parking.
- Other information you choose to enter in the form.
- Necessary technical information and information about your consent.
Why we process information
We use the information to receive and handle your enquiry, match and forward it to three relevant moving companies once you have agreed, and communicate with you about the specific request. We also process information to document consent, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Sharing information
Once you have agreed, we pass relevant information from your enquiry to three relevant moving companies. The receiving companies are responsible for their contact with you, their quotes and their own processing of personal data.
Technical suppliers may process information on our behalf when needed to operate the website and form. This includes LeadConnector/GoHighLevel, used for the form and handling enquiries. We do not sell your information.
Basis for processing
We share the enquiry with moving companies on the basis of your acceptance. Other processing takes place where necessary to operate the service, handle enquiries and meet legal obligations. Your acceptance concerns forwarding your enquiry, not marketing.
We do not send marketing by SMS or email. Any future marketing would require separate, voluntary consent and an update to this policy.
Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to process the enquiry, document consent, handle requests and meet legal obligations. As a general rule, information is deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last relevant contact, unless law or a specific case requires longer retention.
Your rights
Under data-protection rules, you have rights to access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

Moving tools and aggregate statistics
Personal information such as name, telephone, email, addresses and details of the move is collected through the moving-quote form. It is used to forward your request to three relevant moving companies after acceptance of the terms, not for tool statistics, tool analysis or public insights.
The inventory, access, moving-plan and readiness tools do not collect or store personal information. Selected answer categories, and an optional broad region such as Copenhagen, Zealand or Other, may contribute directly to anonymous daily counters. English tools ask for an explicit opt-in before any contribution.
Individual responses are not stored as separate records and cannot be retrieved or linked to a moving enquiry or person. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, postcodes, IP addresses, user IDs, cookie IDs, free text and other identifiers are not stored with these counters. Entries in the moving-quote comparison tool are not stored at all.
Aggregate figures are used to improve guides and tools and prepare general moving statistics. They are not sold or shared with moving companies. Results based on fewer than 30 responses are not displayed publicly. Questions can be sent to our contact email.
