Terms and conditions for TreFlyttetilbud
These terms explain how the service works and what to expect when you submit an enquiry for moving quotes.
About TreFlyttetilbud
TreFlyttetilbud is operated by MTJ Service ApS. It is an independent digital platform, not a moving company. We do not carry out moves; we forward enquiries to relevant moving companies in Copenhagen and Zealand.
How the service works
Describe your move once using the form. Once you have agreed, TreFlyttetilbud sends your enquiry to three relevant moving companies, which contact you with quotes or questions about the job.
Free and non-binding
There is no charge for submitting an enquiry. You do not have to accept a quote and decide for yourself whether to proceed with any offer.
The agreement with the moving company
If you accept a quote, the agreement is directly between you and the selected moving company. TreFlyttetilbud is not a party to that agreement. This includes transport, price, service, insurance, cancellation, damage and payment. Each moving company is responsible for its own quotation and service.
Information in the enquiry
Please provide accurate, relevant information so the companies can assess the job and prepare an appropriate quote. If you need to correct something, contact info@treflyttetilbud.dk.
Contact from moving companies
When submitting an enquiry and accepting the terms, you agree that the three relevant moving companies receiving it may contact you about that specific enquiry. Read our privacy policy for information about processing your data.
Responsibility
TreFlyttetilbud facilitates contact between you and moving companies. We cannot guarantee that you receive quotations, that a company is available on your date, or that an offer or service meets your wishes. These terms do not limit your consumer rights under applicable law.
