Write down the cleaning scope
Check cupboards inside and out, oven, hood, fridge, bathroom fixtures, tiles, drains, windows, frames, floors and skirting boards. Include any balcony, cellar or related space you want cleaned. Your lease and agreement determine requirements.
Provide the details for a quotation
Give size and room count, any known landlord requirements, the date relative to moving day and whether the property will be empty. A normal domestic clean may not cover the work you expect at handover.
